I am delighted to be able to offer my Trauma Sensitive Yoga. These 60-minute classes are suitable for those wishing to find space to help themselves with the healing process.
Expect to be guided, given choices and encouraged to find bravery within the body through invitational postures, sequences and gentle explorations with the breath.
