New and current yoga classes with YogPebbles

YogaPebbles restorative yoga

I would love you to join me at one of my regular Northampton yoga classes or workshops at the Elgar Centre in Upton. This is what’s on offer for adults this winter. . .

Yoga Fundamentals

Monday, 6-7pm

If you’ve ever been too scared to try yoga, or are returning to yoga after an injury or a pause, this is the class for you! Maybe you just want to re-find your practice and go back to the basics setting yourself a new intention for 2023? This class is invitational where I will offer you lots of options and never adjust your body.

This 60-minute class for beginners and beyond continues each Monday from 6-7pm at the Elgar Centre in Upton until December 19th, before we break for Christmas. A new six-week block will begin on January 9th and is £48. Alternatively, you may drop-in each week for £10.

There are only 10 spaces each week, so you can receive individual attention and support for your yoga and what feels good for you.

Gentle Yoga Flow

Thursday, 7.15-8.15pm

This 60-minute gentle flow class is for those who have some prior yoga experience – and focuses on linking a series of movement shapes together with the breath. It combines mindfulness and relaxation techniques to give you a full, all-round yoga practice.

This class runs on a Thursday, 7.15-8.15pm, at the Elgar Centre in Upton, Northampton, until December 15 when we break for Christmas. A new six-week block will start on January 5.

The six-week block cost £48. Alternatively, you may drop-in each week for £10. This class is invitational where I will offer you lots of options and never adjust your body.

Trauma-Informed Yoga Workshop

January 2023, dates to be confirmed

Following five days of learning about trauma-sensitive language, shapes, props, and sequencing with my amazing trainers, I’m thrilled to be launching a brand new Trauma-Informed ‘Release and Restore’ workshop in January 2023.

This workshop will be a two-hour exploration into therapeutic yoga shapes, flows and breathing practices followed by a restorative practice, using props to support and contain so you can restore your body and mind. We will end our workshop with some warming teas and treats.

Keep an eye on my social media channels for the date and booking details, and if you’re interested, do send me a message. If you’re interested in any of these classes, please email me to secure your space.
