I was excited to be interviewed by Creative Yogis – a children’s teacher training school based in New South Wales, Australia! After delivering a workshop for yoga teachers at this year’s Instil Conference, I was approached by Creative Yogis’ founder Karen Wightman to share ideas with her future trainees on how to deliver inclusive yoga classes to children. We discussed how to bring yoga to ALL children, and importantly how to include children with additional needs into a regular yoga classes. I am so proud to say YogaPebbles is reaching international shores!
