My 60-minute Gentle Flow Yoga class is suitable for those with some yoga knowledge or those who have had a break from their practice. The class incorporates gentle, flowing movements linked with breath awareness and mindful strengthening shapes. Ending with blissful restorative shapes and relaxation.
These classes are held at the Elgar Centre, in Upton, every Thursday, from 7.15-8.15pm and are booked as a 6 week block with class passes available.
