I feel blessed to have been trained to offer Trauma Informed Yoga. These 60-minute 1-1 classes are suitable for those wishing to find space to help themselves with the healing process from mental, physical or emotional trauma such as anxiety or depression, the loss of a loved one or chronic illness or injury.
(Please note, Trauma Informed yoga is not suitable if you are dealing with a diagnosed mental health condition, complex trauma or suffering from PTSD, therefore I would be glad to signpost you to an alternative practitioner. )
Expect to be guided, given choices and encouraged to find bravery within the body through gentle invitational postures, sequences and explorations with the breath. Sessions take place within your own home or another suitable venue on request and are usually offered as a 6 week block. The sessions need to be done alongside other supportive practices such as talking therapies or under the guidance of your GP or another health professional.

Payment options are available for 1-1 clients and I am able to offer concession rates for students, people who are 65 and over, those on income support or disability living allowance. Please do contact me.
