All of my yoga classes will be offered online for the forseeable future – in the hope that we can continue to build those important connections to our bodies and each other.
For adults, there is my new Yoga for Mental Health and Wellbeing Class. I wanted to offer you something that may guide you back to your body and away from the busy mind chatter that can sometimes take hold. This class is an eclectic mix of slow, mindful body shapes and flowing, gentle stretches and breath practices. Each class ends with the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra. This is a resting meditation technique that is accessible to all. It helps calm the nervous system and promotes better overall health.
The classes are offered online through Zoom each Sunday evening from 5.45-7pm. The first 15 minutes is a welcome invitation to bring tea and chat. A chance for us to connect, share and listen as we explore the theme of the class. This is also an opportunity for you to just observe in silence and stillness if you wish. This is then followed by a 60-minute physical practice. Classes are £7 per session and are available as a recording the next day for you to practice again , or if you need the class at a different time. I do hope you will join me.
For children, I am moving both the Minis and Tweens/Teens classes online until at least the end of February.
Please do keep an eye on emails and updates on my Facebook page and groups for start dates and information regarding any pre-paid classes.
