Yo-go outdoors!

Now is the perfect time to take your practice outdoors and top-up your vitamin D levels. I can often be found in the garden having a few yoga stretches (much to my own children’s dismay!)

As well as supporting your emotional and mental wellbeing, there is something wonderful about getting back to your roots with nature. Doing barefoot yoga on the grass is just heavenly!
