I’m so happy to share news of my brand new beginners class at the Elgar Centre. I’m introducing ‘Yoga Fundamentals’ for beginners and beyond, with the first class FREE as a gift from me to you.
Have you been too scared to try yoga before, or returning to yoga after an injury or a break? Or, maybe you just want to re-find your practice and go back to the basics? This is the class for you!
Yoga Fundamentals
We’ll focus on the basics of the practice, building strength and flexibility gradually with lots of time and space to relax at the end. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body safely in a small group.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
I’m also very excited to share that in November I will start my Trauma Sensitive Yoga journey with Barefoot Body Training in London. I’ll be immersed in five days of learning about trauma-sensitive language, shapes, props and sequencing with my amazing trainers.
I’ll be bringing you updates on my social media @yogapebbles throughout my course, and will let you know of any future workshops I plan to hold around this content.
