Family yoga
My next family yoga on Sunday September 12th is circus themed! This session will help you connect, bond and enjoy time together. We’ll be making shapes, breathing and resting, playing games and takling, giggling and exploring. Book and find out more here.
Yoga in the woods at Evenley
Excited to be offering this one-off adult session in the gorgeous private woodland garden at Evenley, in Brackley. Join me for 75 minutes of nourishing yoga flow, suitable for all, in the peace and tranquility of the outdoors. Your ticket gives you entry to enjoy the gardens for the rest of the day too. Minis and Teens
Thrilled to be sharing news of the return of these children’s yoga classes with you. I am so looking forward to teaching real people once more! Classes include:
- Minis (4-10yrs) – from September 11th, Saurdays, 10.15am-11.15am, at the Elgar Centre, Upton. Find out more here.
- Tweens/Teens (10 yrs+)– from September 7th, Tuesdays, 6-7pm, at Hardingstone Village Hall. Find out more here.
Adult Flow
My Adult Flow classes continue at the Elgar Centre on Thursdays. The classes are suitable for all, and run from 7-8pm all year round. A new block of six sessions starts on September 9th, 2021. Find out more here.
